Ruby Fraser is an accredited sports nutritionist, personal trainer and online educator, and her show covers nutrition, training, mindset and empowerment in roughly equal measure. Episodes alternate between solo instalments and guests, aimed at people who want to perform in the gym and shift their body composition without giving up a good life or good food. It sits across health, fitness and nutrition.
